Yes, it’s reliable. Nice product. One of the more realistic feeling ones I’ve tried. The face of the doll is very delicate, when you look at it, you want to have sex. It feels like a real person. Could do with some directions as it took me a little while to figure out what the USB thing did (heats up the unit) but otherwise good product that meets expectations. Customer service has been great, and they’ve even offered to send a wig and set of eyes for free.
